Who we are

Eunimo Consultancy Services, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India operates this site and acts as the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@eunimo.com.

What we collect

We collect information in three narrow ways.

• Information you send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. If you email hello@eunimo.com or careers@eunimo.com directly, we receive whatever you include, including any attachments such as a CV.
• Booking information. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter into its scheduling form, such as your name, email address, and chosen time, and shares them with us so we can attend the meeting.
• Usage information. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, to scope and deliver work. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To consider you for a role, where you send a CV. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To protect the contact form from automated abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

You choose what loads. Your preference is stored in your browser under the key "eunimo_cookie_preferences_v1" and can be changed at any time using the "Manage Content [Cookies]" link in the footer.

• Necessary — always active. Stores only your cookie choice itself. No third-party scripts.
• Functional — off by default. Loads the Cal.com booking embed, which sets its own cookies. If you decline, the booking button becomes a plain link to cal.com instead, and nothing loads until you choose to follow it.
• Analytics — off by default. Loads Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tags are loaded in denied mode using Google Consent Mode and are granted only when you accept this category.

A note on the anti-spam check

The contact form is protected by hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. It is not loaded when the page opens. It loads only once you begin interacting with the form, and only for the purpose of distinguishing human submissions from automated ones. hCaptcha processes your IP address and interaction signals for that purpose, under its own privacy policy.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha) — anti-spam verification on the contact form.
• Cal.com, Inc. — scheduling, if you book a call.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — site usage measurement, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Our email and infrastructure providers, who host the inbox and the site itself.

International transfers

We are based in India and several of the providers above are based in the United States or process data there. Where information is transferred out of the UK or the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the safeguards offered by the provider, typically Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details of the safeguards applying to a specific provider.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and the correspondence that follows: kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you resume.
• CVs and applications: kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Analytics data: retained according to the Google Analytics retention setting on our property, and held in aggregate afterwards.
• Your cookie preference: stored in your browser until you clear it or change it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email hello@eunimo.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the inbox that receives enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential material through the contact form; tell us it exists and we will arrange a secure channel.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
