Delivery phases
- Discovery and framing, 5 to 10 days: understand the business objective, system context, constraints, and success criteria.
- Scope and roadmap, 3 to 7 days: define the target outcome, technical boundaries, phased roadmap, and operating guardrails.
- Build and validate, 2 to 6 weeks: deliver cloud, data, and AI capability in short cycles with review packs, technical checkpoints, and testable outputs.
- Harden and evolve, ongoing 1 to 2 week sprints: add observability, access control, runbooks, and operating metrics so the capability is supportable in production.
