03 / How We Work

How we work.

We agree on the goal, build and test changes, then help your team take over.

You review progress and key decisions throughout the work. The team, schedule, and review points are agreed for each project.

Operating model

A team chosen for the work, a named lead, and agreed review points.

Understand the problem. Plan the work. Build and test. Prepare for handover.

Review packs show changes and test results. Decision logs explain key choices. Runbooks explain how to run the system.

We agree on targets for the project and use them to check progress. Targets are not guaranteed results.

What we check

We choose measures that fit the work, such as release results, faults, access risks, running costs, and the quality of data or AI answers.

We bring in the cloud, data, AI, and security skills the project needs.

We agree on the goal, review the current system, and identify the main risks.

Planned duration: 5 to 10 days. Review schedule: Working sessions / Weekly review.

  • Each cycle produces changes your team can review.
